Serial number U 299581 and U115603.

The +3 was the final incarnation of the Spectrum.

The cassette deck of the +2 has been replaced by a disk drive. While most of the computer industry had gone from 8 inch to 5 inch and then 3½ inch disks, Amstrad opted for a 3 inch version.

There are separate edge connectors for a printer and an additional disk drive and a cassette player connection as most games are still on tape.

The RGB socket is also labelled PERITEL (the original name for SCART). The KEYPAD connection has been relabelled AUX.

Plus 3 Discs
Chartbusters (Ocean). Cobra, Mutants, Green Beret, Short Circuit, Great Escape, Yie Ar Kung Fu.
European Superleague. (CDS Software).
Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (Konami / Image Works). Requires security code (copied to file).
