Via Vanguard Road, North Street, Lagland Street, Green Road, Green Gardens, Baiter Park, Harbourside Park, Whitecliff, Sandbanks Road, Shore Road, Banks Road, Ferry Way.
Sandbanks Ferry to Bournemouth Pier 4.08 mi 6.57 km
Via Ferry Way, Banks Road, Midway Path, Sandbanks Beach, Canford Cliffs Beach, Branksome Beach and promenade to Bournemouth pier.
Bournemouth Pier to Bournemouth Station 1.39 mi 2.24 km
Via Lower Gardens, The Square, Gervis Place, Old Christchurch Road, Dean Park (footpath), Dean Park Road, Cavendish Road, Lansdowne Gardens and Park Road.

Hamble Square to Royal Victoria Country Park 2.99 mi 4.81 km
From Hamble Square, down to Hamble Quay for a break. Up Green Lane and down School Lane to Hamble Point. Along the shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park, then round the park for a break at the cafe.
Royal Victoria Country Park to Hamble Station 0.87 mi 1.40 km
Out to Hound Road and along the Rail Trail footpath to Hamble station for the train home.
Hamble Station to Netley Station 0.76 mi 1.22 km
The train was delayed so had a bonus jog back along the Rail Trail and The Badgers to Netley station.
Sunny and warm with a gentle breeze. Ideal for walking.

From Hamble Square, down to Hamble Quay for a break. Back up to The Square and along Hamble Lane to Coach Road. Through Westfield Common and along the shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park, then round the park for a break at the cafe.
Royal Victoria Country Park to Netley Station 1.22 mi 1.96 km
Out to Hound Road and Hound Way to Netley station for the train home.

Sunny spells, rather misty at times near the water but felt like spring after a long wet spell.

Warsash Village to Warsash Ferry 0.55 mi 0.89 km
Down to the waterfront on Shore Road for a drink then up the river to the ferry.
Hamble Quay to Royal Victoria Country Park 2.30 mi 3.70 km
Up to Hamble Square, along Hamble Lane, then via Coach Road and Westfield Common to Hamble Shore. Round the country park to the cafe for a break.
Royal Victoria Country Park to Hamble Station 1.31 mi 2.11 km
Out to Hound Road and Hamble Lane to Hamble station for the train home.

From Hamble Square, down to Hamble Quay for a drinks break then up Green Lane, down School Lane to Hamble Point. Walked along the road because the path was flooded. High tide so took the path above the beach. Very muddy, completely waterlogged in places. Wet feet. Jumped down to the beach as soon as possible. Along the shore and across the country park for a tea break at the cafe.
Royal Victoria Country Park to Netley Station 0.56 mi 0.90 km
Out to Hound Road, The Badgers and Netley station for the train home.
A sunny day after a wet Easter weekend. A chilly breeze but good walking weather.
