From home via St Denys (Horseshoe Bridge), Itchen boardwalk and river path, under Northam Bridge, Princes Street, Millbank Street, Belvidere Road, Marine Parade, Albert Road North, Itchen Bridge, Bridge Road, Victoria Road, Weston Shore, Weston Parade, footpath, Conker Field, footpath, Victoria Road, Royal Victoria Country Park, Hamble Lane, High Street, Hamble Square to Hamble Quay. 8.06mi 12.97km.

A break at Hamble Quay before walking via Green Lane, Hamble Common, School Lane, Hamble Common and Hamble Shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park. Round the park and through the woods to the café. Sat in the sun nearby with a cup of tea. From the country park to Netley station via Hound Road, footpath and The Badgers. 3.31mi 5.33km. Train home.

A break at Hamble Quay before walking via Green Lane, Hamble Common, School Lane, Hamble Common and Hamble Shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park. Round the park and through the woods to the café. Sat in the sun nearby with a cup of tea. From the country park to Netley station via Hound Road, Hound Way and Station Road. 3.91mi 6.29km. Train home.

After a break at Hamble Quay, via Green Lane, Hamble Common, School Lane, Hamble Common and Hamble Shore to the Royal Victoria Country Park. Round the park and through the woods to the café. A break outside the café then via Victoria Road and Station Road to Netley Station. 3.87mi 6.23km. Train home.
