| In March 1982 every household in Southampton
received an envelope giving details of the
re-organisation of city bus services. |

| The envelope contained a list of bus routes,
a route map, a set of timetable leaflets and
a book of fare charts. |
|
| All services except the 7, 7A, 7B, 9, 9A,
9B group of routes would now be operated without
a conductor. |
