ANDOVER TOWN SERVICES AND ALTERATIONS
TO COUNTRY ROUTES IN THE ANDOVER AREA |

COMMENCING SUNDAY, 3
APRIL, 1977 a revised pattern of town
bus services will be introduced in
Andover. Travel needs in Andover have
changed in recent years due to the
redevelopment of the Town Centre and
the addition of new residential and
industrial estates. The new bus services
have been designed to reflect these
new conditions and have been planned
to ensure an economic but adequate
service, so as to keep our costs and
your fares as low as possible.

The revised network
will replace all of the present Services
278 and 292-299, together with short
journeys between Andover and Goodworth
Clatford on Service 283, and also
journeys on Service 271 between Andover
and the R.A.F. Station.

| All
town services will operate to and from
the New Town Centre instead of the Guildhall. |
| |
| Revision
of the Andover Town Services necessitate
some alterations to country routes.
