COMMENCING MONDAY, 4th SEPTEMBER, 1972, the following timetable alerations will be introduced. Items marked * are already in operation.

*16   Pewsey - Hungerford
    The timetable point at Hungerford has been redesignated ' Barclays Bank ' (formerly Gate House Cafe).
*25   Salisbury - Zeals
    Mondays to Fridays
    1330 Hindon to Salisbury no longer diverts via Fovant, but operates directly between Dinton and Barford St. Martin, arrive Salisbury 1421.
*26   Salisbury - Hindon
    Mondays to Fridays
    0740 Tisbury to Hindon rerouted via Fonthill Gifford, Fonthill Park and Fonthill Bishop, arrive Hindon 0753.
32   Salisbury - Winterslow
    Mondays to Saturdays
    0830 Salisbury to Winterslow advanced to 0825.
33   Salisbury - Winterslow
    Schooldays
    0900 Winterslow Gunville to Winterslow (Kings Corner) advanced to 0854.
    0906 Winterslow (Kings Corner) to Winterslow Gunville advanced to 0901.
35/435   Salisbury - Weymouth
    Mondays to Saturdays
    0640 Blandford to Salisbury advanced to 0634.
*64   Salisbury City Centre - St. Francis Road
    Additional Experimental Journey, Schooldays
    1532 St. Osmund's School to Stratford Road, via Exeter Street, Churchill Way, Castle Road, Beatrice Road, Feversham Road, Balmoral Road, Oakway Road, Pauls Dene Crescent, St. Francis Road and Waters Road, arrive 1550.
    A flat fare of 8p (adult), 4p (child) will apply on this journey.
*67   Salisbury City Centre - Churchfields Estate
    All journeys to and from Churchfields Industrial Estate are renumbered 167. They are as follows:
    0750 Salisbury Bus Station to Churchfields Estate.
    1320 New Canal to Churchfields Estate.
    1235 Churcfields Estate to Salisbury Bus Station.
80   Salisbury - Newbury
    Mondays to Saturdays
    0755 Hurstbourne Tarrant to Andover advanced to 0750.
    Saturdays
    0735 Andover to Hurstbourne Tarrant advanced to 0730.

There is now no market day at Hungerford.
 
* Parcel Agents
Nether Wallop:   This parcel agency has been closed.
Middle Wallop:   A new agency has been opened with Mr. Pinchbeck of the Garage, Middle Wallop (Phone M.W. 235);
Hungerford:   The new parcel agent is Mr. Fowler, Charman Street (Phone 2136).
 
Carriage of Parcels on Wilts & Dorset Buses
Although Wilts & Dorset bus services operate chiefly to carry passengers, we provide a further service by conveying parcels on our network of routes. Parcels not exceeding 28 lbs. are accepted for dispatch at all Company offices and most parcel agencies, and these may be collected on delivery at all Company offices and parcel agencies.

Parcels over 28 lbs. in weight are not accepted.
 
Trans Company Parcels Service
Parcels are also accepted at any Wilts & Dorset office for dispatch to or from offices of the follwing companies:
Hants & Dorset Motor Services Ltd.
The Thames Valley and Aldershot Omnibus Co. Ltd. (Alder Valley Services).
Bristol Omnibus Co. Ltd.
The Western National Omnibus Co. Ltd. (including Devon General).
